Laurentiu Sergiu specialises in full construction, flats, and renovations. He works as a freelancer and bricklayer, collaborating with partners, both companies and individuals.

As a site manager, he hires his team —freelancers and assistants— and executes the work based on the architect's instructions. Depending on the project, he brings his own team or joins works that already have assistants, as he is experienced in various areas of construction.
